Social & Emotional Learning is made up of 5 key components:

This product is made up of comprehensive units covering each of these topics for the whole school year. Each unit contains plans and resources for daily mini lessons. Taking 15-20 minutes a day to focus explicitly on SEL can lead to more intrinsically motivated, empathetic, and responsible students. Research has also shown that spending time explicitly teaching SEL can lead to higher test scores.
Lessons include a variety of hands on, interactive, discussion based, reflection based, and so much more! Keep students engaged while teaching VITAL life skills for 3rd through 5th grade students.
Important Note: Several of the lessons include links to YouTube videos that tie into the topic, so before purchasing be sure you are able to access YouTube at your school, and that you have a way to project these videos for students.
